Maple Syrup Demonstrations March 20, 2010
A boiling of Maple Syrup demonstration will be held at Swallow Falls State Park from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm on Saturday, March 6th. A local Maple Syrup producer, Steyer Brothers, will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate the use of an evaporator in the syrup making process. Pancake Breakfast and Maple Syrup Demonstration March 21, 2010

Cabin Fever Fundraiser March 27, 2010

4:00 pm, 3 Hours The Friends of New Germany and Savage River Watershed Association will host the third annual Cabin Fever Fundraiser. The entrance fee covers an evening of homemade soup and bread, live music and door prizes. There will also be a bake sale and silent auction where individuals can bid on a variety of fine items.
