When comparing to the average from the last 5 years, closed sales are up. Also, pending sales/contracts are up. Active listings are down, and the days on the market are down. There are pockets of our market that are doing really well. We are even seeing an occasional multiple offer situation. Then there are other segments where properties are getting activity but moving at more of a pace we are used to seeing in G.C. with a 6-12 month average time on the market. Nothing to complain about it. Garrett County has been on the uptick for the past few years. I like the balance that we are seeing with buyers and sellers when it comes to negotiating for the good of both parties.
