Adapting real estate services during the COVID-19 crisis is key. As a real estate professional, my goal is to continue to serve buyers and sellers to the best of my ability.

Even during uncertain times, the market continues to move. I am here as a resource for buyers and sellers who need assistance, information and reassurance.

I am working remotely along with my licensed assistant, Karen Doerr. The two of us are readily available for clients. Here are just a few of the ways we are staying connected:

-As always, buyers can search Garrett County and Deep Creek Lake real estate online. If you are interested in seeing more of a particular listing, one of us can go to the property and Facetime with you. Other types of video calls like Zoom meetings are an option too.

-I use my Facebook page to highlight listings for my sellers. It is also an educational tool. People want to stay up-to-date with the Deep Creek Lake real estate market. It is a great way to communicate with a wider audience.

-Similar to social media, I have a robust email list of people interested in Deep Creek Lake real estate. My email newsletters highlight new listings, recently sold properties and area news.

-I am fortunate that Taylor-Made has a strong in-house marketing department. Many of my listings have videos or 3D tours. They are a benefit for both buyers and sellers. They give an in-depth look that is the next best thing to actually being in a home.

-For buyers who are already under contract, closings can take place. They are minimizing the number of people attending the closing (buyer, seller and closing agent), or doing virtual closings with Facetime or Zoom. 

In Conclusion

By adapting real estate services to meet the present guidelines, I have maintained strong relationships with my clients.
