Summer has historically always been our busiest time, mainly due to buyers having more time to take off to come and look for prospective properties. It was no different this year and it seems that traffic is not dying off as we start to closeout August. The statistics below are a glimpse at the market from July 2016. You can see that sales and contracts are up and days on market is down – all signs of a healthy market.
